The tasks mainly consist of:

Driving a truck with a trailer in Umeå and/or throughout Sweden together with a colleague.

• Packing belongings
• Managing workflows and communicating in our shared customer system via an app on the phone.
• Wrapping belongings
• Loading belongings into the truck/trailer
• Transporting belongings
• Loading & unloading belongings
• Close customer contact
• Vehicle maintenance
• Handling of storage for belongings

In the field, you are our face to the customer. You have close customer contact and are responsible for ensuring that customers' belongings are moved safely and securely. Therefore, it is important that you are organized and service-oriented.

The work is varied. You drive a truck, pack belongings, assemble furniture and shelves, have customer contact, load and unload belongings, and drive in residential areas – which can sometimes be tricky driving, etc. Therefore, you should enjoy variation and problem-solving.

We often work in teams, two or more. Therefore, it is important that you can collaborate.

Norrland Express operates throughout Sweden, which means you will often sleep in the truck for 1-3 nights with a colleague. Norrland Express also has local assignments in Umeå and surrounding areas.
